Filing fees depend on the type of case and are the same throughout the 7th Judicial District Courts.

The Court Clerks need fees paid at the time the matter is filed, and they need the exact fee paid. The Court Clerks accept cash, money orders and cashier’s checks. Personal checks are not accepted. If a case has been closed, and more than ninety (90) days have passed, a new fee must be paid.
